Job summary

Spectrum is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and broaden access to Spectrum’s high‑speed data and communication solutions. You will represent our trusted products through face‑to‑face interactions, expanding our residential customer base and driving growth across data, mobile, landline, and video services.

The role emphasizes outdoor field work with substantial travel and a base salary plus incentives aiming for total compensation over $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to travel domestically to assigned territories.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience in direct sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligning with customer needs.
• Complete required sales documentation, including disposition, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across Spectrum services (data, mobile, landline, video).
• Monitor competitors and relay insights to management.
