Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to engage communities with face-to-face sales of Spectrum services, including Internet, TV, and mobile. You will visit leads, analyze needs, and tailor proposals to maximize customer satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to listen and tailor pitches to customers.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
