Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor in Texas to prospect, present, and close deals with small and mid-sized businesses. You will work with the Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager, using Salesforce for lead gen and paperless contracts.

Training with PDM/PTM leads to a flexible schedule and uncapped commissions to grow your portfolio. First-year earners in the top quartile may reach $90,000–$105,000+ with residuals and equity.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 18+ years old and valid license.
• Able to prospect, present, and close B2B sales with discipline.
• Comfortable using Salesforce for lead generation and CRM tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments with business owners.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce with call notes and interactions.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure first appointments.
• Build product knowledge and stay updated on fintech trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leaders.
• Travel in the field roughly 50% of the time as needed.
