Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• 2+ years sales or relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across various services.
• Monitor competitors' activities and communicate information to manager.

Skills

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand multiple languages (English and Spanish)
