Altitude Development Group in Rockwall, TX is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to be the face of the company in local business communities. You’ll meet with owners and managers, present our supplemental insurance options, and help clients protect their employees and finances.

This role rewards hustle and independence with a full-time schedule, in-field training, draw pay, commissions, and opportunities for promotion.

Formación

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a self-starter mindset.
• Licensing may include Health & Life producer license with reimbursement.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Willingness to work a full-time 40-hour week.
• Ability to build and maintain a personal book of business.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers in person to discuss insurance options.
• Deliver product presentations and explain supplemental insurance offerings.
• Set follow-up appointments and manage the sales pipeline.
• Submit sales metrics daily and work toward monthly/quarterly targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local business owners in your territory.
