Altitude Group is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to drive in-territory growth by engaging business owners and decision-makers with our supplemental insurance offerings. You will present, educate, and close deals in a fast-paced field environment, building lasting relationships while managing your own schedule and book of business.

The role emphasizes independent work, ongoing training, and opportunity for advancement based on performance within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Proven self-motivation with ability to work in field-based roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for B2B interactions.
• Comfortable handling objections and rejection while maintaining professionalism.
• Willingness to work independently and manage a full-time schedule.

Responsabilités

• Conduct face-to-face sales in a designated territory with business owners and decision-makers.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and explain supplemental insurance offerings.
• Develop and maintain a personal book of business and relationships with local businesses.
• Meet monthly/quarterly targets and share progress with the sales manager.
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and balance cold outreach with warm referrals.
• Prepare and submit daily sales metrics and activity reports.
• Collaborate with managers and the sales team to plan territory growth.
