Altitude Group in the United States is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to be the face of the company in your designated territory, visiting small to medium businesses, delivering engaging presentations and offering our supplemental insurance products.

This role offers field-based independence, a structured training program, weekly pay with commissions, and opportunities for advancement; you will build lasting relationships with business owners and decision-makers while managing your own

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated candidate with good people skills.
• Background in sales is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).

Responsibilities

• Call on small and medium businesses in your territory to offer supplemental insurance.
• Deliver presentations to business owners and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain your book of business.
• Set and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
