Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative to connect directly with business owners and decision-makers in your territory, presenting our supplemental insurance products. This outside sales role lets you manage your own schedule, travel to local businesses, and build a personal book of business while earning bonuses, commissions, and advancement opportunities.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, disciplined, able to handle objections, and committed to a full-time 40-hour

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years professional sales experience.
• Licensed Health & Life producer or willingness to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours) and manage own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance.
• Present to groups up to 50-100+ employees.
• Build and manage your own book of business.
• Set your own scheduled working hours and submit them to your sales manager each week.
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily.
