Qualifications

• Sales background is a plus; strong people orientation and willingness to learn.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life producer license if not already licensed.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers in your territory.
• Deliver presentations and offer supplemental insurance products.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and set weekly schedules.
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets; submit sales metrics daily.
