Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives who deliver personalized, white-glove sales experiences directly at customers’ homes. You’ll engage warm prospects, perform hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery to finalize sales.

You’ll benefit from paid training, ongoing coaching, and uncapped commissions with top earners reaching six figures. A valid driver’s license and flexibility to work evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be prepared to drive (company vehicle provided).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; background check required.

Responsibilities
