New reps start with paid training and ongoing coaching, working independently on a local schedule that includes evenings and weekends. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for official business are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission-based field sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to close deals and upsell services.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
