Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home sales experiences. Earn strong commissions with uncapped potential and a starting salary that reflects geography and experience.

You will engage warm prospects, present demonstrations, and close deals while representing AT&T’s latest technology and services. You’ll undergo paid training, work with scheduled appointments, and leverage negotiation skills to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques that increase customer value
• Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be prepared to drive (company vehicle for official business)
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Background check including drug screening and motor vehicle history required
