Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home experiences for customers. You will engage customers, close deals with hands-on demos and Wi‑Fi assessments, and ensure customers stay connected to what matters most.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling (including evenings and weekends), and uncapped commissions with top earners reaching six figures. You’ll work across Texas markets, traveling locally to scheduled appointments.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of commission-based sales and outside sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive a company vehicle

Responsibilities

• Generate in-home customer engagements and deliver personalized sales interactions.
• Close deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolution.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
