Job summary

AT&T is expanding its Field Sales team and seeking motivated professionals to deliver customized, in-home experiences. You will engage customers through scheduled appointments, demonstrate products, and close sales with expert handling of demos and tech services.

Earn between $60,300 and $100,000 including uncapped commissions. Top performers can reach six figures as you meet diverse schedules across evenings, weekends, and holidays. A company vehicle is provided for business use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value.
• Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license; a company vehicle provided for official business use only.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer needs.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
