Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Texas to grow revenue by selling security and life safety products to new and existing clients. You will identify prospects, build lasting relationships, and tailor solutions to customer needs.

The role involves travel as needed, ongoing client communication, and collaboration on market strategies. A strong sales background and degree are preferred for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field or 1 year of related sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong sales, prospecting, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and, at times, high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Communicates with customers and prospects to identify and understand their product or service needs; recommends products and services that best meet those needs.
• Demonstrates the features, functions, and benefits of products or services based on customer requirements.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise after the sale.
• Maintains communication with current and former customers, informing them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
