Job summary

4 Horn Management seeks an Outside Sales Representative to grow and maintain customer relationships in the field and at branch locations. You will apply active sales techniques, deliver quotes, and coordinate with internal teams to meet profitability goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel locally and regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Solid computer skills; RentalMan experience is a plus.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers in the field and at branch locations to establish relationships.
• Deliver quotes and provide technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Sales Coordinators and Branch Mgmt. on inventory, deliveries, and pickups.
• Promote new business and solicit feedback to foster growth.
• Maintain up-to-date customer databases and produce required paperwork timely.
• Ensure sales revenue, profit margins, and customer objectives are met regularly.
• Attend weekly and quarterly sales meetings and share market insights.
• Adhere to company policies including safety, sales processing, and confidentiality.
