Job summary

4 Horn Management is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (Salary + Commission) in Beaumont, TX. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining customer relationships in the field, coordinating rental equipment, and driving profitability for the organization.

The candidate will quote customers, provide technical assistance, and promote new business through daily outreach while maintaining a current customer database and alignment with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to travel locally and regionally.
• Must have solid organizational and time management skills.
• Must have excellent communication and listening skills.
• Must be able to work independently, and in a team environment, to prioritize and accomplish goals.
• Must have solid computer skills (RentalMan experience is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales Coordinators and Branch Mgmt. coordinating rental equipment inventory, deliveries, and pickups.
• Liaise between customers and branch departments to meet expectations and maintain goodwill.
• Represent the company in the field by delivering quotes and providing technical assistance.
• Promote new business through daily customer contact and follow-up.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database and ensure policy compliance.
• Move and manage paperwork and reports timely and accurately.
• Support sales revenue, profit margins, and customer objectives monthly, quarterly, and annually.
