Job summary

4 Horn Trench & Shoring is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Fort Worth, TX to build and maintain customer relationships in the field and at client sites. You will drive sales through quotes, technical assistance, and proactive outreach to expand business opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience, valid driver's license, ability to travel locally, and strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to travel locally and regionally.
• Solid computer skills; RentalMan experience is a plus.
• Preferably 3–5 years of outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers in the field and at work locations.
• Coordinate rental equipment inventory, deliveries, and pickups with coordinators and branch management.
• Deliver quotes and provide technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Promote new business through daily contact and gather feedback on satisfaction.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database and ensure company standards and policies are followed.
• Attend weekly/quarterly sales meetings and contribute market insights.
