Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid computer skills; RentalMan experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry, products, and markets preferred.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rental equipment inventory, deliveries, and pickups with Sales Coordinators and Branch Mgmt.
• Act as liaison between customers and branches to ensure satisfaction and future business.
• Represent the company in the field by determining needs, delivering quotes, and providing technical assistance.
• Promote new business through daily customer contact and feedback collection.
• Maintain up-to-date customer database and provide product support to existing customers.
• Ensure company standards and procedures are followed, including safety and confidentiality.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers.
• Grow knowledge of products, pricing, and delivery capabilities.
• Produce required paperwork and reports accurately and on time.
• Meet sales revenue, profit margin, and customer objectives monthly, quarterly, yearly.
• Submit weekly call sheets to the Sales Manager and participate in sales meetings.
