Rexel USA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Midland/Odessa, TX team. You will drive sales and marketing efforts, building strong customer relationships and promoting Rexel product offerings to new and existing clients.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, coordinating with suppliers, and delivering outstanding service while achieving sales targets and expanding market presence in the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or electrical industry experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Sell, market, promote, and demonstrate Rexel products.
• Increase business by acquiring new customers and selling to existing customers.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan and implement sales strategies and expand into new markets.
• Assist customers with product selection and application using internal support and supplier reps.
• Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate quotes and maintain ongoing communication throughout the purchasing lifecycle.
