Job summary

Rexel USA in Carrollton, TX is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive proactive inside sales and secure profitable orders across our customer base.

You will maintain relationships, process quotes and orders, and expand product knowledge to grow the business with new and existing customers. This role supports outside sales and uses CRM/ERP tools to manage activity and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, sales, or electrical distribution.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM tools.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions, and suggest substitutes where appropriate.
• Assist outside sales by handling priority transactions.
• Use company tools to sell, market, promote, demonstrate products and grow business with new and existing customers.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined geographical territory.
• Manage a defined customer base and maintain relationships.
• Learn customer operations to identify objectives and resolve issues using root-cause analysis.
