Rexel USA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Austin, TX. You will drive sales growth by building strong customer relationships, promoting our electrical products, and collaborating with suppliers and leadership to expand markets.

Responsibilities include product demonstrations, managing quotes, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the buying process while maintaining records and reports for management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or electrical industry experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products, communicating features and benefits.
• Generate sales from new customers and expand existing customer relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership and suppliers to plan sales strategies and develop new markets.
• Assist customers with product selection using internal specialists and supplier reps.
• Maintain customer relationships and report market trends to management.
• Coordinate quotes and maintain ongoing communication throughout the purchasing lifecycle.
• Work with management to resolve payment issues promptly.
