Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative A for the Platt team in Reno, NV. You will drive sales growth by building relationships with new and existing customers, promoting a full range of electrical products and services, and collaborating with suppliers and colleagues to develop market opportunities.

You will manage customer relationships, assist with product selection, and communicate across teams to deliver tailored solutions while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or electrical industry experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• High School or GED - Required
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Knowledge of electrical products and applications is preferred

Responsibilities

• Sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products to customers
• Grow business by acquiring new customers and expanding sales with existing ones
• Collaborate with leadership to plan sales strategies and develop new markets
• Assist customers with product selection and application using internal resources
• Establish and maintain customer relationships
• Identify customer objectives and tailor solutions accordingly
• Coordinate sales calls with vendors and provide ongoing communication
• Resolve payment issues with management and customers
