Job summary

AlphaX RE Capital in Cupertino, CA is seeking a Contractor Sales Representative to expand relationships with general contractors, builders, developers, renovation companies, and other construction professionals throughout the Bay Area.

This is an outside sales and business development role conducted in the field, with you representing building material solutions and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in construction/building materials preferred.
• Experience developing new business and managing sales pipelines.
• Proven ability to build relationships with contractors, builders, developers and related professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop new relationships with general contractors, builders, developers and renovation companies.
• Present building material solutions and understand project requirements.
• Manage quotes, follow-ups, and move opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Conduct field visits to contractor offices and active construction sites in the Bay Area.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track opportunities end-to-end.
