Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads and requests.
• Expand customer base by building relationships with contractors.
• Identify new clients via market research, networking, referrals, and site visits.
• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Provide expert advice and support to address inquiries and issues.
• Present company products and services to current and potential customers.
• Meet with branch and service managers to discuss upcoming equipment needs and collaborate to resolve issues.
