Qualifications

• Passion for/Knowledge of heavy equipment (Skid Steers, Mini Ex, Loaders, MTLs).
• Knowledge of compact equipment a strong plus.
• Experience with general contractors, excavators and landscapers a plus.
• Solid leadership qualities (initiative).
• 2 to 10+ years of sales experience.
• Strong questioning techniques driving business conversations (Discovery/PAIN).
• Eager to embrace technology (cell phones, iPads, CRM).
• Hungry to learn and apply new knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and rentals of Milton CAT products with a focus on earthmoving gear.
• Set up meetings, prospect job sites, and build relationships on the road daily.
• Develop and execute business conversations on critical issues to close deals.
