NEFCO is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage established and new customers. You will call on commercial construction job sites and contractor offices, develop relationships, and drive sales and profitability in your territory.

Responsibilities include daily travel to sites, professional representation, and close collaboration with inside sales and management. A valid license, 2+ years in outside sales, and contractor familiarity are preferred.

Formación

• 2+ years of Outside Sales experience required.
• Experience with mechanical or electrical contractors preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Daily travel in territory to commercial construction sites and contractor offices.
• Own customer relationships and day-to-day service; make deliveries as needed.
• Regular calls to customers and prospects in an economical, systematic order.
• Introduce new products and coordinate joint calls with Vendor Reps and NEFCO Sales Management.
• Assist inside sales during the quote/order process and develop strong working relationships.
• Demonstrate urgency in following up on quotes generated by inside sales staff.
• Consult with Sales Management on large quote opportunities.
• Share competitive information with Inside Sales to support quoting activity.
• Develop new business using market intelligence databases and industry directories.
• Use NEFCO CRM to record activities and facilitate follow-up in line with guidelines.
• Utilize catalogs and marketing literature during sales activities.
• Attend sales meetings and product training sessions.
• Assist in solving customer problems and delinquent accounts when needed.
• Support sales plans for the territory and review forecasts with Regional Manager.
• Represent the Company professionally at all times.
