Job summary

Fiserv is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the Baton Rouge area. You will join our Sam's Club field sales team, driving revenue by engaging restaurant owners, presenting Clover POS solutions, and building lasting relationships with clients.

This 100% hunter role requires in-person visits, demonstrations, and training to ensure successful installations. The role requires travel within the Baton Rouge area and a track record of quota-driven sales, cold calling, and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Quota-driven sales experience in a field sales environment is required.
• Cold calling and prospecting experience is required.
• Experience independently generating leads is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed is required.
• Reliable transportation is required to travel within Baton Rouge area.

Responsibilities

• This is a 100% hunter and field-based role.
• Proactively engage with business owners & restaurateurs within Sam's Club, initiating face-to-face conversations to identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships by scheduling in-person appointments at client locations to demonstrate Clover and related solutions.
• Drive sales growth by leveraging product knowledge to educate on POS systems and online ordering platforms, converting leads into loyal clients.
• Install Clover systems at client locations and provide hands-on training for smooth integration.
• Uphold Fiserv core values and maintain high ethical standards with clients and colleagues.
