Fiserv’s Clover team seeks an Outside Sales Representative in the Richmond area. This 100% hunter, field-based role targets restaurant owners and restaurateurs at Sam's Club, delivering Clover POS and online ordering solutions to streamline operations and boost revenue.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of quota-driven sales, solid cold calling and lead generation experience, and is comfortable presenting in person.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.
• 2 years of experience cold calling & prospecting.
• 2 years of experience with independently generating leads.
• Ability to work flexible hours and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• This is a 100% hunter and field-based role.
• Engage with business owners & restaurateurs within Sam's Club, initiating face-to-face conversations to identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships by scheduling in-person appointments at client locations to demonstrate Clover and related solutions.
• Drive sales growth by leveraging product knowledge to educate on POS systems and online ordering, converting leads into clients.
• Install Clover systems at client locations and provide hands-on training for smooth integration.
• Uphold Fiserv core values and maintain ethical standards in all client interactions.
