Fiserv in Baton Rouge is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Sam's Club field sales team, promoting Clover point‑of‑sale solutions to restaurant owners and operators. You’ll be at the forefront of transforming operations with award‑winning technology.

This is a 100% hunter and field‑based role requiring face‑to‑face conversations, lead generation, and in‑person appointments to demonstrate Clover and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2 years in quota-driven, self-sourced sales.
• 2 years cold calling and prospecting experience.
• 2 years generating leads independently.
• Ability to work flexible hours and have reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (preferred).

Responsibilities

• This is a 100% hunter and field-based role.
• Proactively engage with business owners & restauranteurs within Sam's Club, initiating face-to-face conversations to identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships by scheduling in-person appointments to demonstrate Clover and solutions for streamlining operations and boosting revenue.
• Drive sales growth by educating potential customers on POS systems and online ordering platforms, converting leads into loyal clients.
• Install Clover systems at client locations and provide hands-on training for smooth integration.
• Travel within the Baton Rouge area to collaborate with Sam’s Club locations and introduce Clover to restaurant owners.
