Job summary

Confidential manufacturer and distributor of specialty building components is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to manage a defined Dallas–Fort Worth territory. You will develop new business, expand existing accounts, and support customers on commercial and residential projects.

Ideal candidates excel in field-based relationships, are self-motivated, and can interpret architectural drawings to prepare accurate quotes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales experience in building materials or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings to translate into quotes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Field travel visiting customers using a personal vehicle.
• Review drawings and project specs to generate quotes.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
• Maintain and grow relationships with contractors, architects, builders, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate orders with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project execution.
