Altitude Group is seeking resilient, coachable individuals for an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate role in Louisiana. You will manage a designated sales territory, prospect new clients, and build relationships with business owners and decision-makers, often via cold calls, while staying persistent through rejection.

Responsibilities include setting follow-up appointments, presenting supplemental insurance products, meeting monthly targets, and growing your own book of business with support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years professional outside sales experience required.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Outside sales in own territory, meeting business owners and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a book of business; set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Conduct face-to-face presentations to groups of 50–100+ employees when needed.
• Respond to inquiries and schedule follow-up appointments with clients.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
