Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in outside sales or field outreach preferred.
• Proficient reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to work outdoors and during evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Perform needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospect.
• Present compelling proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Accurately complete sales documentation including orders and reporting.
• Meet monthly targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and report insights to management.
