Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect communities with high‑speed data and communication services. You will visit residential leads, analyze customer needs, and present tailored proposals to grow sales while completing all required paperwork.

The role emphasizes evenings and weekend availability and requires travel for assigned territories. Base pay ranges from $30,400 to $50,400 annually, with commissions and incentives that can push total compensation beyond $100,000.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
• Travel to assigned territories and company facilities

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum's offerings
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting
• Participate in sales meetings and trainings to support team goals
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services
• Monitor competitors' activities within your territory and report to your manager
