Job summary

Auris is a payroll and HR partner delivering human-centered technology to small and medium businesses across the United States. The Payroll Client Advisor will prospect, present Auris solutions, and close deals in a fast sales cycle, working with PDM/PTM and leveraging Salesforce for lead generation and paperless contracts.

Role includes in-person and phone presentations, ongoing coaching during training, and a 100% commission structure with residuals on the business you bring in.

Qualifications

• Age 18+.
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in the job posting area.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and integrity.
• High sense of urgency and sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality results.
• Able to be in the field at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain client records in CRM (Salesforce).
• Meet minimum production requirements and secure appointments.
• Keep up-to-date with product portfolio and fintech industry changes.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leader.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.
