Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a driven Sales Operations Manager to join our Americas team. You will partner with field sales leaders to drive forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance reporting, delivering actionable insights and strategic initiatives.

You will own weekly cadence, support account management, and contribute to QBRs, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to streamline processes and accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in Sales Operations or similar role; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Requires advanced communication skills and ability to interface directly with Sales VPs.
• Prefers experience with Americas Tier1 accounts and GTM planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leadership to drive forecasting, pipeline management, account management, and reporting.
• Own a weekly reporting cadence for segment health and performance.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to summarize prior-quarter performance and progress.
• Execute ad-hoc projects to improve sales strategy and operations, driving value.
