Rubrik is seeking a results-driven Sales Operations Manager to partner with Americas Field Sales Leaders and drive data-driven GTM decisions. You’ll own forecasting cadence, pipeline management, QBRs, territory planning, and cross-functional programs, shaping revenue growth and optimizing sales performance across large customer segments.

You will work with Order Mgmt., Deal Desk, Finance and Product Ops to enable efficient execution and root-cause analysis for escalations.

Qualificações

• 5–7+ years in Sales Operations or a similar role.
• Requires advanced communication skills and ability to interface with Sales VP’s.
• Experience with Americas Tier1 strategic accounts and GTM planning.
• Preferred tech: Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Clari, Excel/Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Americas sales teams to drive growth and shape the business with analytics and operational experience.
• Partner with sales leadership to drive forecasting, pipeline management, account management, and sales performance reporting.
• Own a weekly reporting cadence that reveals segment health and potential gaps in performance.
• Drive accountability for key sales revenue KPIs throughout the quarter.
• Deliver QBRs to segment leaders and management, covering prior-quarter performance and progress.
• Identify areas for improvement and manage ad-hoc projects to drive value in sales strategy/ops.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to identify and execute use-cases to drive top-line revenue.
• Support sales teams with quoting and account management requests and navigate SFDC, CPQ, Clari, etc.
