Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive strategy, lead and develop the sales team, and build deep relationships with customers and partners in the Denver area.

The role requires strong leadership, experience selling technology solutions, and the ability to work across multiple channels. Hybrid work arrangement with travel as needed, supporting Arrow’s growth and customer success goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related experience or 6 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience leading sales teams and managing staff.
• Experience selling technology solutions; Citrix experience preferred.
• Experience working with IT sales channel partners.
• Strong data-driven decision making and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and set customer plans; analyze data to guide decisions.
• Lead and develop the sales team; recruit, coach, and performance manage.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors; ensure service excellence.
• Lead branch priorities, budgeting, and process improvements.
• Participate in 60/40 commission-based compensation plan and related incentives.
