Job summary

Storable, transforming how Storage Sales operates, seeks a Sales Manager to drive new revenue and expand existing revenue. The role combines hands-on deal closing with building a scalable sales process and repeatable methodology across B2B segments.

You will recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, forecast accurately, and report performance to leadership while shaping a data-driven, growth-focused sales engine at Storable.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics for data-driven decisions.
• Ability to coach and mentor a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline with timely follow-up and closing of deals.
• Utilize a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodology.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing team.
• Report on sales performance to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.
• Directly participate in sales calls, negotiations and closing deals with reps.
• Develop a strong lead-gen engine in collaboration with leadership.
• Innovate and automate upon current infrastructure to drive growth.
