Storable is transforming how Storage Sales operates by building a data-driven, scalable sales engine. The Sales Manager will drive growth of new revenue and expansion of existing revenue, taking a hands-on role in nurturing and closing deals while shaping a repeatable sales process and methodology.

Leading a high-performing team, this role requires strategic thinking, forecasting, and mentorship to maximize performance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closing of deals.
• Utilize a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodology.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing team.
• Report on sales performance to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales accurately.
• Participate in sales calls, negotiations, and closing deals with reps.
