Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives focused on new business-to-business account development. The role emphasizes field leadership, coaching, and driving new business growth with weekly to annual targets.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, motivating and managing the team, with extensive field time to develop customer accounts and expand our footprint. A strong training program supports knowledge and selling skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring and training sales staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Representatives focused on new business-to-business development.
• Hire, train, motivate and manage Sales Representatives to hit new business goals weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Spend the majority of time in the field with Sales Representatives to develop new accounts.
• Participate in a thorough training program covering product knowledge and the company sales process.
