Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a field-based team of Sales Representatives focused on new business-to-business account development. The role emphasizes hiring, training, motivating, and managing the team to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual new business goals.

The position requires strong leadership, field presence, and a track record in building relationships with customers while applying Cintas' sales process and product knowledge through our comprehensive training

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license required.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring and training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor''s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field-based team of Sales Representatives focused on new business-to-business account development.
• Hire, train, motivate and manage the sales team to hit weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Spend the majority of time in the field with Sales Representatives developing new business customer accounts.
