Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a seasoned Field Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales within our exclusive retail network in the Miami area. You will lead sub-agents and store staff, develop sales strategies, monitor performance, and coach teams to exceed quotas.

Ideal candidates have proven leadership in telecom retail, strong CRM and data analysis skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% including evenings or weekends. Training and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent preferred.
• Associates Degree with 3–5 years of retail management acceptable.
• Proven leadership in telecom retail or dealer/sub-agent channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Exclusive Retail sub-agent partners, admins & owners/operators.
• Collaborate to set and hit sales goals and quotas.
• Build relationships with sub-agents and staff for sales alignment.
• Conduct regular store visits, monitor performance, provide feedback.
• Drive adoption of promotions to increase revenue and retention.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Present forecasts and metrics to leadership and ELT.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, vendors, and Total by Victra teams.
• Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to coach others.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales activities . As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring sales targets are met and fostering strong relationships with the Exclusive Retail sub-agents and store staff. Key Respfonsabilities

• Primary point-of-contact for Exclusive Retail sub-agent business partners, admins & owners/operators.
• Collaborate with sub-agents to develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and targets to achieve or exceed sales quotas within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Exclusive Retail sub-agents and staff to ensure effective collaboration, support, and alignment of sales objectives.
• Conduct regular documented store visits to monitor sales activities, assess performance, and provide ongoing feedback, training and development opportunities.
• Drive the adoption of sales programs, promotions, and initiatives to increase revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and make recommendations for sales improvement.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Director of Exclusive Retail & the ELT.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, outside vendors and the Total by Victra teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and market insights to effectively coach the sub-agents.

What We Are Looking For

• You have excellent communication and a positive attitude.
• Your background has a good sense of operations and retail management.
• Proven experience as a Field Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably within the telecommunications industry working with the dealer/sub-agent channel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.
• Customer-focused mindset with a deep understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
• Flexibility to travel up to 75% of the time within the assigned territory and work occasional evenings or weekends.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Associates Degree with 3-5 years of retail management experience is also acceptable
