The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a data-driven mindset, with travel up to 75% and evening/weekend flexibility to support the field network.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Exclusive Retail sub-agent partners and staff.
• Collaborate with partners to set sales strategies and targets to meet quotas.
• Visit stores regularly to monitor performance and provide coaching.
