Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in Durham, NC is seeking a Manager, Total Wireless Operations to lead field operations for our Total Wireless Division. You will drive program development, analytics, and reporting to support store performance and collaboration across teams.

The ideal candidate brings at least 4 years of wireless retail operations experience, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in wireless retail operations.
• Extraordinary attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and adjust to frequent change.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of comprehensive tools in support of new programs and services for our stores
• Hold regular calls and meetings with key contributors to drive collaboration
• Prepare operational reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
• Develop analytical tools for the sales team, and be responsible for upkeep of operational reports
• Provide analysis for operational categories including trend analysis, dashboard, rankings and other miscellaneous reports.
• Analyze processes and procedures, provide recommendations for improvement
• Provide debriefs upon project completion, to include holding all involved parties accountable and celebrating successes
• Identify and elevate misses to deadlines for appropriate follow-up
• Maintain a strong relationship with our Exclusive Retailers

What We Are Looking For

• At least 4 years of experience in wireless retail operations. Accordingly, we are looking for you to bring the following:
• Extraordinary attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task, and adjust to frequent change
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Passionate regarding merchandising and operational functionality of a retail location
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Experience in project management preferred
• Prior financial/sales reporting experience preferred
• Strong background in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
