Job summary

Devine Business Group is seeking a full-time Sales Representative and Field Trainer to drive B2B insurance sales and develop future leaders within a disciplined, high-performance environment.

You will own a sales territory, train others, and earn an earnings package from a starting draw, commissions, and bonuses between $85,000 and $95,000 per year. Schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work, in-person sales.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Health & Life Producer License (reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Execute B2B direct sales, presenting insurance and supplemental coverage solutions to business owners and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professional, consultative selling and effective presentations.
• Train, mentor, and support team members in sales systems, field execution, and performance development.
• Track activity and performance metrics, consistently meeting or exceeding goals while representing Devine Business Group with discipline and integrity.
