Devine Business Group is seeking a full-time Sales Representative and Field Trainer to drive B2B insurance solutions with business owners and their staff. You will own a territory, sell supplemental coverages, and train future sales leaders in a structured, performance-driven environment.

This in-person role offers a starting compensation of 85,000–95,000 USD per year, with draw, commissions and bonuses, plus opportunities for growth as you mentor others and build a durable book of business.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Producer License (reimbursed).
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute B2B direct sales, presenting insurance and supplemental coverage solutions to business owners and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professional, consultative selling and effective presentations.
• Train, mentor, and support team members in sales systems, field execution, and performance development.
• Track activity and performance metrics, consistently meeting or exceeding goals while representing Devine Business Group with discipline and integrity.
