Job summary

Devine Business Group in Washington is seeking a full-time Sales Representative and Field Trainer to drive B2B insurance sales and train future sales leaders. You will own your territory, present supplemental coverage to business owners, and mentor teammates.

This in-person role offers a starting compensation of $85,000–$95,000 per year with draw, commissions, and bonuses, plus a path to leadership. Monday–Friday with occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute B2B direct sales of insurance and supplemental coverage to business owners and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling and effective presentations.
• Train, mentor, and support team members in sales systems, field execution and performance development.
• Track activity and performance metrics, consistently meeting or exceeding goals with integrity.
