True North Group LLC. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to lead in the field and mentor new agents while growing a personal client base. The hybrid role combines sales responsibilities with leadership activities in a local territory.

You will train, coach, and present to groups, manage CRM workflows, and work toward expanding market presence with a team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside or B2B sales.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or training others in sales.
• Ability to present clearly to individuals or groups.
• Strong organizational skills and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners to assess needs and offer tailored insurance plans.
• Deliver engaging benefit presentations to employee groups.
• Follow up with clients and support them through claims and coverage questions.
• Shadow new reps in the field and provide hands-on sales training.
• Conduct call reviews, prep sessions, and debriefs with new team members.
• Help new reps track progress and set weekly activity goals.
• Collaborate with management to build a high-performing sales team.
• Grow your own book of business while guiding others to do the same.
