Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to lead a local territory. You will sell to business owners, present to employee groups, and train new agents, serving as a mentor and top performer.

This hybrid role blends field sales leadership with hands-on coaching. Build your client base, guide others, and use CRM to track activity, with clear opportunities for career advancement and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales, leadership, or coaching.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM.
• License in Health & Life insurance or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong communication and coaching ability.
• Ability to present to groups up to 50+.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners to understand needs and offer tailored insurance plans.
• Deliver engaging benefit presentations to employee groups.
• Follow up with clients and support claims and coverage questions.
• Shadow new reps and provide hands-on sales training.
• Run call reviews, prep sessions, and debriefs with new team members.
• Help new reps track progress and set weekly activity goals.
• Collaborate with manager to build a strong, successful sales team.
• Maintain and grow your own book of business while guiding others to do the same.
